Ms. Nuzhat Khan, representing Lokhandwala Foundation School, Universal High, Kandivali, expressed her delight at receiving an EducationToday <\/a>Award at the Maharashtra Educators\u2019 Summit and Awards 2026. She praised EducationToday for recognising educational institutions and creating opportunities for educators to connect, exchange ideas, and learn from expert panel discussions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Khan credited the school’s achievement to its chairman, whom she described as a visionary educationist whose guidance continues to shape the institution’s progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sharing a message for fellow educators, she emphasised the need to adapt teaching methodologies, pedagogical approaches and professional skills to meet the changing expectations of Gen Z and the emerging Gen Alpha generation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe must imbibe new methodologies, new pedagogies, new skills in the education system so as to meet the learners’ needs.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
