Mr. Mohammed Sadiq, Director of Hyderabad International School, highlighted the importance of developing students\u2019 leadership abilities and interpersonal skills during his interaction at the South India Educators\u2019 Summit & Dynamic School Awards 2026<\/a>, organised by EducationNewsNetwork<\/a>. Leading an institution with eight branches and more than 8,000 students, he welcomed the summit as a valuable platform for networking with fellow educators and exploring educational services that could benefit schools and learners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reflecting on the growing influence of artificial intelligence in education, Mr. Sadiq stressed that schools must look beyond academic achievement and technological proficiency. He emphasised the need to nurture soft skills and leadership qualities that help students navigate change, collaborate effectively and make thoughtful decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEven though AI is dominating everywhere, those skills cannot be dominated. So we should work on that.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His message highlights the importance of balancing technological advancement with human development. As AI continues to reshape learning environments, communication, empathy, teamwork, and leadership remain essential capabilities that schools must actively cultivate to prepare students for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
