While parents often assess progress through academic performance and examination results, educators must also consider emotional development, practical skills, individual learning needs and social responsibility. Aligning these perspectives requires consistent communication and a shared understanding of what constitutes meaningful student progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mr. Srinivasan Sriram brought his extensive experience in teaching, school administration, and educational innovation to the discussion. With more than 36 years of teaching experience and 15 years in administration, he has focused on transforming how students learn and assimilate knowledge. His commitment to the continuous professional development of educators highlights the importance of equipping teachers to respond to changing student needs. Effective parent-educator collaboration also depends on teachers being able to communicate learning objectives clearly and help families understand the educational approaches adopted by schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Neelima Kamrah emphasised an educational philosophy centred on experiential learning, inclusion and holistic development. With over 25 years of experience and a Ph.D. in Multiple Intelligences, her professional background reflects the importance of recognising different learning styles and individual strengths. Her approach highlights why parents need to understand that children develop at different rates and demonstrate their abilities in different ways. Learning experiences that extend beyond textbooks and conventional assessments can help students develop critical thinking, creativity and practical understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mrs. Kanika Sachdeva Govi brought attention to the role of teacher development, educational technology, and value-based learning. With extensive experience in education management and teacher development, she has also worked in areas including career counselling, community outreach and school safety. These priorities reflect the broader responsibilities schools have towards students. Teachers need ongoing professional development to address evolving classroom requirements, while parents benefit from clear communication about academic expectations, student welfare and future opportunities. With more than 38 years of experience, she has worked towards strengthening educational practices and creating inclusive learning environments. As Principal of The Sagar School, she advocates an educational environment that combines academics with sports, arts, pastoral care and life skills. Her approach highlights the importance of nurturing resilience, empathy, leadership, character and social responsibility alongside academic achievement.
