From introducing age-specific school buildings, CCTV systems, and a Junior College to developing a skating rink and a 700-seat air-conditioned auditorium, he ushered in a modern era of schooling in Nashik.
In 2006, he founded Fravashi International Academy (FIA), bringing the Cambridge international curriculum to Nashik for the very first time. Over the years, FIA has become a benchmark institution, introducing innovations such as a Cambridge Early Years Centre, advanced sports facilities, dedicated art and music studios, and a temperature-controlled swimming pool. In 2022, Mr. Luth further strengthened his educational vision by becoming Chairman of Fravashi Town Academy, his alma mater, while also launching Pink and Blue Paradise, a state-of-the-art playschool focused on early childhood education.
For Mr. Luth, education extends far beyond academics. He strongly believes in building character, leadership, and social responsibility among students. Under his guidance, Fravashi Schools have actively contributed to society through initiatives such as providing breakfast to Anganwadis for over 18 years, adopting students, offering scholarships, supporting rural communities, and organizing donation drives.
