In parallel with alumni engagement, IIT Delhi continues to focus on innovation and entrepreneurship. The Institute’s Entrepreneurship Development Cell and the cybersecurity think tank CyberPeace will launch the E-Raksha Hackathon 2026 from January 16 to 18.
This national-level hackathon will concentrate on cybersecurity, defence AI, and digital safety, providing students with opportunities to address real-world challenges. The 36-hour event will be part of BECon’26, IIT Delhi’s annual entrepreneurship conclave, and will serve as a pre-summit event for the India AI Impact Summit 2026, linking technology, innovation, and student engagement.
