Category: Dynamic School Awards
Ms. Manjula, Founder and Director of Milestone School, with branches in Dommaguda and Manikonda, highlighted the importance of making education accessible to all during her interaction at the South India Educators’ Summit & Dynamic School Awards 2026. Expressing her gratitude for the EducationNewsNetwork Award, she described the recognition as a proud moment for an institution founded on the mission of contributing to society through education.
Ms. Manjula also appreciated the initiative of recognising schools across South India and expressed hope that such platforms would continue to celebrate educational contributions. However, her central message focused on the responsibility educators share in extending learning opportunities to underprivileged communities.
“Each one, teach one. Please be available for the underprivileged also. Let education be free whenever we can.”
Her message calls for a more inclusive approach to education, encouraging educators to look beyond their own institutions and support those with limited access to learning. By sharing knowledge and extending educational opportunities to disadvantaged communities, schools can help make education a broader social commitment rather than a privilege available only to a few.
“Each One, Teach One” is an educational approach that encourages individuals to share their knowledge and skills by teaching others, helping spread learning across communities.
It encourages peer learning, community participation, and knowledge sharing, creating additional learning opportunities for individuals who may have limited access to formal education.
Accessible education ensures that individuals from different economic and social backgrounds have opportunities to learn, develop skills, and achieve their potential.
Schools can organise peer-teaching programmes, student mentoring, community outreach activities, literacy drives, and collaborative learning sessions.
Students can support classmates, mentor younger learners, share knowledge, participate in literacy programmes, and encourage learning within their communities.
