Mr. K. V. Madhusudan Reddy, Principal of KIDS KINGDOM GRAMMAR HIGH SCHOOL, BB Nagar, reflected on his 34-year journey in education during his interaction at the South India Educators’ Summit & Dynamic School Awards 2026, organised by EducationNewsNetwork. Having led a school in a relatively remote area for more than three decades, he welcomed the recognition as an encouraging milestone in his institution’s journey.
Sharing his message for fellow educators, Mr. Reddy drew attention to the influence of wider social problems on both students and teachers. He emphasised that challenges within society do not remain outside school boundaries; they also affect classroom experiences, the well-being of educators and the learning environment.
“All the social problems in society are reflected in students and teachers. We must be very careful, and we have to save the teachers.”
His statement highlights the need to recognise the pressures educators face and strengthen the support available to them. Protecting teachers’ well-being and ensuring that they receive the necessary guidance and institutional support are essential to building healthier schools and safeguarding the quality of education.
Mr. K. V. Madhusudan Reddy is an education professional who highlights the importance of protecting, respecting, and supporting teachers in the education system.
Teachers play a vital role in shaping students’ futures. Providing them with a safe, respectful, and supportive workplace helps them perform their responsibilities effectively.
Teachers who receive adequate support are better positioned to create positive classrooms, engage students, and deliver effective learning experiences.
Teachers may face heavy workloads, administrative responsibilities, classroom management challenges, changing curriculum expectations, and increasing pressure to adopt new technologies.
Schools can promote professional development, recognise teachers’ contributions, ensure workplace safety, provide adequate resources, encourage open communication, and support work-life balance.
